I have a Lamb
To proclaim to you,
He came as a man
To die for you
From heaven’s throne room
The Lamb did reign
But in earth’s poverty
He had much to gain.
For the Father’s heart
How it longed for you
And He knew nothing less
Than His death would do
To ransom back man
From the enemy’s hold
And purchase with His blood
His Father’s precious fold.
Consisting of Jew
And Gentile alike
We would be redeemed
We would see the Light.
So He offered for us
On Calvary's tree
The victory over sin
For you and for me.
So, let us come
With humbled hearts
And allow the Spirit of grace
To set us apart
For the work of the Father
Is now at hand
The harvest field is ready
Won’t you gather with His Lamb?
