If you can't, pray it, don't say it. It's so important to think before we speak, and more important is after we think we don't speak it, we pray about it. So many people speak what's on their heart and minds and it ends up gossip, because it's not bathed in prayer and prayed in a heart of love and concern but more of just blurting something out, out into the air where the prince of the power of the air, Satan, and all of his demons live. (Ephesians 2:2) And they can take what has not been bathed in prayer and ascend to the throne and take what's in their zone of the airwaves and twist it, harm us individually, or harm others who hear it, because it goes through a grapevine of gossip, speaking it to someone rather than speaking it to our Heavenly Father and Savior by the power of the Holy Spirit. It's so important that Yahshua said, “we're going to have to give an account for every idle word we speak.” (See Matthew 12:36) Idle words, it's idle because it was not in prayer. It was just prayed by the flesh, filling the air and filling other people's hearing, if they hear it, with idle words. Those words have no power to change lives, to build people up spiritually, to give wisdom. They are more than useless, they’re detrimental. Therefore, if we can't pray it, don't speak it out loud. Learn to pray about everything and then let the words come forth at the right time by the power of the Spirit who is love and we will speak the truth in love by the power of the Spirit. (See Philippians 4:6-7)
