Only Do Not Rebel

The sword of the Spirit will be wielded by strong, courageous, faith-filled people whom He has called us to be and is making us to be. He will strengthen our knees and legs; He will shod our feet and gird our loins to go forth. This is our call. Our inheritance is not in this world—we are passing through to the Promised Land. Yahveh is the King of the Promised Land and our exceedingly great reward! Our sights are set on things above and not things below. He says, “Go up, go up,” not below. Praise be to Yahveh (the Lord) who is causing us to triumph through Yahshua Ha Mashiach (Jesus the Messiah)! He is with us, not with our enemies.

Remember, “Only do not rebel against Yahveh; and do not fear the people of the land, for they will be our prey. Their protection has been removed from them, and Yahveh is with us; do not fear them” (Numbers 14:9). “Only do not rebel” is the key to victory. The key that the Almighty will be with us, is obedience, which is the opposite of rebellion. So, only be obedient.

That is why the Almighty says to Israel in Deuteronomy 28:1, “If you fully obey the Lord (Yahveh) your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.” And He says in Jeremiah 7:23, “Obey My voice, and I will be your God, and you will be My people; and you will walk in all the way which I command you, that it may be well with you.” We may doubt if we can obey as He commands, but these doubts all come from the flesh, stimulated by the enemy. We have His Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) who can help us overcome every doubt.

“But all the congregation said to stone them [Caleb and Joshua] with stones…” (Numbers 14:10). The people wanted to kill the righteous ones who were there to fan their faith. They desired to kill those sent to help them make the journey victoriously, that they might receive their promised blessings.
