Set Apart and Sanctified

We have been set apart and sanctified more from the flesh, more from the world, and more from error as we are convicted of intentional, defiant sin. The fear of Yahveh has come down upon us, so we will not sin against Him. What shall we give, as the psalmist says, for all that our God has given for us, “I shall lift up the cup of salvation and call upon the name of Yahveh” (Psalm 116:13). Blessed be His holy name, “From the rising of the sun to its setting the name of Yahveh is to be praised” (Psalm 113:3). His name will be glorified though a remnant who will make holy pilgrimage, through faith and obedience, into the Promised Land where our Holy God will dwell forever.

HalleluYAH, Yahveh is our exceedingly great reward, our promise is Him. He is in the Promised Land, which is a promise to us, to all who obey. He will bring us there faithfully by His mighty outstretched arm. He is not with the enemy—He is with the obedient! (see Numbers 14:9) So, we are the wealthiest of the wealthy, we have the riches of His glory. If we crave for anything else, we are as the rebels who died out in the wilderness (Numbers 14:29) because Yahveh’s (the Lord’s) kingdom will not be inhabited by the greedy or covetous (1 Corinthians 6:10, Ephesians 5:5).

Make no mistake, those who love this world, those who are greedy are nothing more than idolaters, and they will not enter the kingdom of heaven (James 4:4). It is written, “Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry” (Colossians 3:5). The knife of circumcision includes the whole council of our God and Savior. Only when our ears and hearts are circumcised do we really hear and obey. He says, “Moreover Yahveh your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love Yahveh your God with all your heart and with all your soul, so that you may live” (Deuteronomy 30:6). HalleluYAH, praise His name! Thank You for Your Word!

Can we kiss the Son wholeheartedly or are we flirting with something or someone else? He knows if we are double minded; He knows if we are craving something other than Him. He knows if we are giving Him lip service (Matthew 15:8). He has called us to be holy so that He will be glorified in our lives into eternity.
